Feb 5, 2008:"Protecting Your Assets & Beneficiaries" The Lake County Extension Office is hosting an educational program titled "Protecting Your Assets & Beneficiaries" on Tuesday, Feb. 5, from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at the Lake County Agricultural Center, located at 1951 Woodlea Road in Tavares.

March 13-15, 2008: Bee College and Master Bee Keeper Program, The Bee College is a two-day event featuring two educational tracks, one for beginners and another for experienced beekeepers. Both tracks consist of workshops and lectures presented by nationally-recognized experts and sought-after speakers such as Dr. Jim Tew and Dennis vanEnglesdorp. Being held at the MREC in Apopka FL.

A four week program with one Saturday class. come and learn about various programs such as Fly & Insect Control, Trailer Loading, etc. Class is $40 for adults $20 for youths. Registration is limited!
